This brand-new boutique condominium is located in the heart of the Village neighborhood in Jersey City, which sits along the Hudson River. The area is prone to flooding from high tides, storm surge and drainage issues. Flood Panels were installed to protect four openings, including an elevator, two elevated glass storefront windows and a door.
