The luxury Caroline Apartments are located on the Ashley River waterfront in the popular WestEdge district of Charleston. In 2018, National Flood Protection LLC completed installation of Flood Logs to a protection height of 3 feet on 12 openings spanning 450 linear feet, including one custom array over 330 linear feet.
