Kaiser Home IV Pharmacy is located near Magpie Creek Diversion Channel, which was built by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in the 1950s. The USACE predicts extensive flooding along Magpie Creek that will impact businesses in the area. National Flood Protection LLC installed Super Flood Logs™ on five openings to a protection height of 5 feet 6 inches. The installation included a custom u-shaped array with 10 midspans and four corner posts spanning over 60 feet.
