Raven Hall is a nine-story mixed-use affordable housing building at 2006 Surf Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Completed December 2021, the project uses Flood Logs installed on 11 openings, including exterior doors and storefronts. The installation uses Flood Logs of varying heights to a maximum of 5 feet, including the 6-inch half log, and one array with temporary pedestrian stairs for egress. The flood mitigation system provides an impermeable barrier to protect the building from storm surge and other flooding events.
